BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The details that matter.
01Is certified pre-owned hardware reliable enough for production?
QECP™ Grade-A servers pass quality sourcing, inspection, validation, burn-in and performance testing. They carry the same warranty as new systems: three years as standard, extendable to five.
02What exactly do I own at the end of the term?
The server hardware in your plan. From month 37, ownership transfers in full, with no surprise payment or buy-out fee. License ends here at 36 months.
03What is included in the monthly instalment?
Hardware, licensed virtualisation for your VM tier, the three-year warranty and standard support. Warranty extensions up to five years, managed services and higher SLA tiers can be added.
04Can I upgrade or add capacity during the term?
Yes. Add servers, storage or VM licences on a new plan, with the commercial terms confirmed for the expansion.
05What happens to my data on returned or replaced parts?
Storage devices are securely erased before reuse. Confirm the retention or sanitisation arrangement for replaced drives in your support agreement.
06Can I choose brand-new servers instead?
Yes. Lease-to-own covers new, current-generation servers as well as QECP™ Grade-A certified pre-owned hardware.
07Where do you operate?
Questo delivers and supports infrastructure across GCC, India and Africa, for on-premise or hosted deployments.
08Which virtualisation platform do you use?
Questo POD solutions use virtualisation platform from Vaman.ai.
09Do you work with resellers?
Yes. Questo goes to market through a network of channel partners. Visit partners page for more details.
10What is a POD?
A complete, ready-to-run unit of infrastructure: hardware pre-integrated with virtualisation, containers, management and support. It is the building block for everything from a single server to an edge AI data centre.
11Can I add AI later?
Yes. Start with a Virtualisation POD or an Edge Micro Data Centre, and add an AI POD with GPU capacity when your workloads need it.
